The Mission of the Slovene Home for the Aged is dedication to providing the elderly with care and services of the highest quality possible, in a homelike environment, in order to meet their medical, social, psychological, religious, and cultural needs.

All of the efforts of the Home's Board of Trustees, Administration, and Staff shall be directed toward providing a loving environment in which the residents may enjoy their lives. Special attention will be provided to the care and comfort of the individual at the end of life, and palliative services will be available. Service from outside hospice providers will be made available when requested.

The Home shall also provide appropriate services for the families, guardians, and/or responsible parties of the residents. Outreach services for the elderly living in the community at large will also be provided, whenever possible.
